The Disadvantages of Seven Day Diet

Lots of people go on a diet to reduce their weight but an unhealthy diet can cause countless different problems in your body. People who try to lose their weight in an impractical way like the Seven Day Diet are ending up having severe health problems.
This diet is a fad that is still followed by many dieters. It is a simple seven day plan that claims fast and easy weight loss by eating a different food group each day.
No one knows where this diet came from. This sort of diet won’t provide you the benefits that you can obtain from a balanced diet.
Even if you take some supplements, if you insist on following this diet plan for a few weeks, there’s a possibility that you will have nutritional deficiencies. Almost all fad diets limit what you can eat that you will begin to yearn for other foods regularly. If it goes on, you will certainly ruin your diet plan. You will even start to feel guilty as you will blame yourself for not losing any weight.
Typically, these quick weight loss diets don’t follow the guidelines set by the American Heart Association and most of the times the diet composition has high fat foods and low carbohydrates food that can result in heart disease if taken for a long time. As the diet is intended only for a short time, you only have to options: its either you keep going with the unhealthy diet plan or stop and most likely regain the weight that you lost.
These fad diets are not as effective as what you thought it would be because it is just a short-term solution to your problem as you will probably go back to your previous eating habits after you undergo the diet and gain more weight than ever. Also, it is not good for your self esteem as you continue to blame yourself for gaining weight again. What you need is a permanent change in your eating habits.
The traditional way is still the key to sure weight loss. Eat assorted and healthy foods and do not eat too much. You also need to exercise regularly to turn your fat into energy and avoid trendy fad diets.
