After a detoxification, we would no longer feel so desperately hungry. And we would only consume enough food that allows us to carry on with our daily activities. The nutrients from the foods are absorbed much more efficiently. Hence we would lose weight in no time.
When we lose weight, we are more motivated to exercise. This would create sweat which usually contain toxins that our body are trying to eliminate. The more we exercise the more toxins we would flush and the more weight we would lose. As you lose more weight, our organs would work at a more efficient manner as well. The quicker they get rid of toxins, the lesser toxins will be stored in your fat cells.
A big part of detoxification includes a change in your lifestyle habits. Once you’ve detox your body, you must ensure that you eat adequately and healthily to ensure that you don’t fall into the trap of storing excessive toxins. With a switch in what we eat, it would allow our body to maintain the healthy state. Our weight would not fluctuate like what other traditional weight loss programs stated. If we are able to maintain our weight, then we are able to have a successful weight loss.
